Bullying Investigation

A detailed employee survey in the UK has revealed that 50 per cent of employees felt that they had been bullied at work at some stage. There is evidence of a growing global awareness of this problem. It is important that any incident of reported bullying be investigated by a person who understands both the social and legal impacts of workplace bullying. It is too important and may be too costly to delay.
