
The resolution of conflict in the workplace is our raison d’être. We believe that, wherever possible, to most effective way to resolve disputes is through mediation, negotiation and avoidance of ‘distributive outcomes’. We facilitate resolution by acting as Independent Investigators or Mediators and assist the parties to negotiate and chart their future relationships and reach ‘wise solutions’. The advantages of this approach are that it can be arranged quickly, is flexible and cost effective and maintains positive relations between the parties during and after the process.
