Brian Redmond BCL. Certified Mediator

Brian is a  law graduate of NUI, Galway and specialises in employment law and mediation.

His post graduate training is in the areas of labour law, conflict resolution and mediation.

He has ‘hands on’ experience of the workplace environment in production and logistics and as a self employed entrepreneur.

Brian has conducted successful investigations and mediation in the private and public sectors involving performance related issues, conditions of employment and workplace bullying.

He is a certified member of The Mediators Institute of Ireland.

Jim Redmond BA, MA, LL.M, Dip. PM, FCIPD

Jim has held senior management positions in Europe, the UK and Ireland and for more that twenty years was HR Director (Europe) for a major US corporation.

He is Adjunct Lecturer in Management at NUI Galway and a former member of The Employment Appeals Tribunal.

He conducts negotiation workshops and is an expert in conflict resolution.

Jim has conducted investigations for the Labour Relations Commission and the Labour Court.

He is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Test Register.
